Location: Remote nationwide in Texas
Salary: $82,000β$98,000 annually, depending on experience.

What you will do
- Lead data strategy, architecture, cross-source integration, infrastructure planning, governance, and data quality standards.
- Analyze complex program datasets and build automated Salesforce and external-tool pipelines for validation, transformation, and reporting.
- Create advanced dashboards, data visualizations, and geospatial analyses using Tableau, Power BI, Looker Studio, or equivalent tools.
- Own the Salesforce product lifecycle from discovery and requirements through delivery, launch, and iteration while managing the product backlog.
- Lead Salesforce architecture, integrations, data-sharing specifications, privacy protections, grant reporting, impact measurement, and fundraising analytics.
- Mentor junior analysts and product team members and partner with program, strategy, communications, and development teams.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in data analysis, product management, or a related field; nonprofit or social services experience is preferred.
- Expert-level proficiency in at least two of Python, R, SQL, or advanced Microsoft Excel.
- Advanced experience with Tableau, Power BI, Looker Studio, or an equivalent visualization platform, including external-facing dashboards.
- Hands-on Salesforce administration experience and the ability to design and deliver complex CRM solutions.
- Experience owning product backlogs, managing end-to-end technology delivery, and handling multiple complex projects.
- Experience with data governance, data quality standards, or data-sharing agreements, plus strong written, verbal, and executive-facing communication skills.
Nice to have
- Salesforce Administrator or Advanced Administrator certification and Nonprofit Success Pack experience.
- Experience with Apex, SOQL, Salesforce Flow, Lightning Components, or geospatial tools such as ArcGIS and QGIS.
- Familiarity with AI/ML tools, large language models, data pipeline automation, human-centered design, agile methods, or product management frameworks.
- Experience with disaster case management, public benefits data, or social determinants of health datasets.
- Spanish, Vietnamese, or other multilingual communication skills are a plus.
