Business Intelligence Manager

Location: Lawrenceville, Georgia, USA; full-time on-site role

What you will do

• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise Power BI dashboards and self-service reporting solutions.
• Modernize legacy SAP Business Objects/Web Intelligence reports into interactive Power BI dashboards.
• Create data models, calculations, KPIs, and metrics with consistent business logic, documentation, and governance.
• Analyze large data sets to identify trends, opportunities, risks, performance drivers, and root causes.
• Translate business requirements and analysis into recommendations supporting sales, margin, customer experience, productivity, and operations.
• Lead user acceptance testing, validation, deployment, user training, and reporting migration activities.

Requirements

• Four-year degree or equivalent experience in business, finance, information systems, computer science, analytics, statistics, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in business intelligence, analytics, reporting, or related disciplines.
• Advanced Power BI skills, including Power BI Desktop, data modeling, DAX, Power Query, and visualization design.
• Advanced SQL and Microsoft Excel skills, with experience in data warehouses and enterprise reporting environments.
• Experience gathering requirements, delivering end-to-end reporting solutions, supporting operational and executive reporting, and managing UAT and production deployments.
• Strong analytical, communication, executive presentation, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting reporting in a public-company environment.
• Knowledge of enterprise semantic models and data governance concepts.
• Experience with Azure Data Platform, Databricks, or other cloud-based analytics environments.
• Experience with retail, optical retail, healthcare services, consumer, or other multi-unit businesses.
