Maintenance Technician Utilities Night Shift

Location: Holly Springs, North Carolina, United States; rotating night shift on a 2-2-3 schedule from 7 PM to 7 AM.

What you will do

• Support the start-up of plant utilities and daily operations at the ANC site.
• Install, troubleshoot, maintain, repair, test, and document process and utility equipment.
• Operate and maintain steam, chilled water, compressed air, cooling tower water, heating hot water, clean steam, WFI, process cooling water, process air, process gases, process waste, and HVAC systems.
• Perform equipment overhauls, pump and valve rebuilds or replacements, piping modifications, HVAC repairs, and maintenance of cold rooms, freezers, and environmental control units.
• Coordinate with maintenance service providers, equipment vendors, system operators, and key stakeholders.
• Complete work orders, maintenance records, quality and safety documentation, and support on-call activities outside normal hours when needed.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED plus at least 1 year of utility operations or maintenance experience, or an associate degree.
• Knowledge of utility operations and mechanical maintenance, preferably involving chillers, boilers, cooling towers, and air compressors.
• Experience in a cGMP or other highly regulated environment.
• Experience executing and documenting maintenance work orders in a computerized maintenance management system.
• Ability to interpret P&IDs, work with minimal direction, communicate task status, and collaborate constructively with peers and teams.
• Ability to work a rotating night shift and participate in an on-call rotation, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
