Lead Cloud DevOps Architect (AWS GenAI & Bedrock)

Location: Remote, limited to candidates legally authorized to work in the United States; Jersey City, NJ is listed as the role location.

Salary: $150,000–$160,000 yearly USD, plus a performance-based bonus or variable payout.

What you will do

• Industrialize and operationalize AWS Bedrock and Agent Core platforms for enterprise GenAI adoption.
• Design secure, scalable, production-ready GenAI platform architectures and reusable deployment frameworks.
• Build CI/CD pipelines, Terraform and AWS-native infrastructure automation, IaC templates, and deployment accelerators.
• Implement GitOps, DevSecOps, governance, security controls, monitoring, observability, logging, and alerting for AI workloads.
• Manage provisioning, releases, configuration, incidents, root-cause analysis, reliability, performance, and cloud cost optimization.
• Lead the engagement, collaborate with clients, AWS teams, architects, and delivery leadership, and mentor offshore and onsite teams.

Requirements

• 12–15 years of relevant professional experience.
• Strong AWS Cloud Platform expertise, including hands-on AWS Bedrock and AWS Agent Core experience.
• Experience with AWS Launchpad Framework, AWS CodeBuild, Kubernetes, Ansible, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, and Git.
• Expert-level Terraform and Infrastructure as Code experience, with strong CI/CD pipeline engineering skills.
• Strong Python development or scripting experience and experience designing secure, scalable cloud architectures.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States is required.

Nice to have

• Experience industrializing enterprise GenAI platforms and creating reusable IaC accelerators for AI workloads.
• Experience with FinOps, cloud cost optimization, and AWS-native automation.
• Experience establishing enterprise-wide GitOps and DevSecOps standards.
• Experience with technology roadmaps, risk management, delivery governance, and mentoring distributed engineering teams.
