AI / Automation Architect (AI & RPA)

Location: Hybrid work in or near Alexandria, Virginia, across the Mid-Atlantic Region, working on and off the client site. U.S. citizenship is required.

What you will do

• Design target-state architectures, standards, and implementation patterns for intelligent automation using AI and RPA.
• Implement automation for HR business processes using robotic process automation, AI-driven workflows, and chatbots.
• Translate mission and user requirements into scalable, secure, and compliant solutions.
• Enhance human capital decision-making through advanced analytics and business intelligence.
• Integrate IT systems and workforce planning tools while optimizing service delivery against performance outcomes and SLAs.
• Guide technical decisions and responsible AI practices in alignment with federal policy, ethics, and control requirements.

Requirements

• 8+ years of AI or automation experience.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in AI or IT.
• Experience with AI, RPA, and architecture.
• Government and public services sector experience is desired.
• Proficiency with project management methodologies and tools, strong analytical and organizational skills, and effective written and verbal communication.
• U.S. citizenship is required; H-1B and TN visa sponsorship is not available.
