What you will do

• Lead transformation initiatives across workforce optimization, global or offshore delivery, and AI-driven automation.
• Partner with client executives, delivery leaders, and engineering teams to define and execute modernization roadmaps.
• Architect people, process, and technology solutions that improve cost efficiency, scalability, and service quality.
• Drive pilot initiatives through production deployment and scaled adoption.
• Measure and communicate value through productivity, quality, and customer experience metrics.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in solutions architecture, delivery transformation, customer success, or consulting.
• Strong enterprise and client-facing experience in complex delivery environments.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and executive stakeholders.
• Experience delivering measurable outcomes in cost, quality, and customer experience.
• Availability for on-site work in Atlanta, Georgia.
