What you will do

• Redesign enterprise workflows and architect end-to-end solutions across functions and solution groups.
• Lead transformation initiatives using AI, data, intelligent automation, and workflow orchestration.
• Design integrations across Zendesk, RingCentral, CRM, Microsoft 365, and legacy systems.
• Define transformation roadmaps aligned with strategic priorities and measurable business outcomes.
• Advise executives and solution leaders on enterprise architecture, technology strategy, and large-scale change.
• Create reusable frameworks, playbooks, templates, and patterns to scale transformation practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 12+ years of experience in enterprise architecture, business process engineering, automation design, or digital transformation at scale.
• Experience architecting and delivering large-scale, cross-functional solutions spanning platforms, business units, and technologies.
• Expertise in intelligent automation, RPA, low-code tools, AI applications, system integration, and workflow orchestration.
• Ability to influence architectural standards and align engineering, product, and business teams.
• Ability to create transformation playbooks, system diagrams, and reusable frameworks for enterprise adoption.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree, MBA, or advanced technical degree.
• Experience leading high-complexity enterprise transformation initiatives from design through implementation.
• Technical fluency across workflow and automation platforms.
