TL;DR
Business Process Automation Analyst (AI & RPA): Improving federal human capital operations through process mapping, intelligent automation, analytics, and IT system integration with an accent on RPA, AI-driven workflows, compliance, and business intelligence. Focus on identifying automation opportunities, optimizing HR workflows, producing process documentation and dashboards, and supporting responsible AI practices for NSF modernization programs.

Location: Hybrid work at or near Alexandria, Virginia, across the Mid-Atlantic region, working on and off the client site. U.S. citizenship is required.

What you will do

  • Analyze HR business processes and identify opportunities for process automation and workflow optimization.
  • Implement intelligent automation using robotic process automation, AI-driven workflows, and chatbots.
  • Enhance human capital decision-making through advanced analytics, business intelligence, dashboards, and reporting.
  • Support integration of IT systems and workforce planning tools for federal HR modernization.
  • Prepare process maps, documentation, insights, and compliance evidence for client decision-making.
  • Support regulatory compliance, federal human capital policies, service-level agreements, and performance-based outcomes.

Requirements

  • At least 4 years of process analysis experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or information technology.
  • Experience with process mapping and automation.
  • Problem-solving, analytical, organizational, communication, and time-management skills.
  • Proficiency with project management methodologies and tools, Microsoft Office, and business technology; advanced Excel, Access, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word skills are preferred for the role.
  • Must be a United States citizen and must not require H-1B or TN visa sponsorship.
