Automation Analyst - Robotic Process Automation (RPA)

What you will do

• Partner with business stakeholders and process analysts to evaluate processes and identify RPA opportunities.
• Design, develop, document, test, and implement Automation Anywhere solutions.
• Create business and technical documentation covering process flows, requirements, exception handling, and support procedures.
• Coordinate quality assurance, user acceptance testing, deployments, and post-implementation support.
• Monitor automation initiatives, communicate project status, and identify continuous-improvement opportunities using data-driven analysis and emerging technologies.

Requirements

• 3+ years of relevant experience in automation, process improvement, business analysis, software development, or a related professional field preferred.
• Experience with RPA platforms, process automation initiatives, or business process improvement; Automation Anywhere experience preferred.
• Experience with Jira and Confluence strongly preferred.
• Strong analytical, critical-thinking, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
• Ability to understand how AI can responsibly enhance business processes.
