BA Specialist-Intelligent Automation (Intelligent Automation)

Location: Hybrid role in Richardson, Texas, United States

Base pay: $102,000–$184,300 annually, plus eligibility for an annual incentive bonus.

What you will do

• Support the Intelligent Process Automation Lab Lead in business interactions and relationship management.
• Consolidate and prioritize automation demand across the organization.
• Contribute to portfolio strategy, roadmaps, and expansion of automation use cases and PODs.
• Help establish discovery best practices and a discovery center of excellence.
• Govern prioritization of high-impact automation use cases.
• Collaborate with business process owners, leadership, and development teams to support timely software delivery.

Requirements

• Required education and experience combination: a bachelor's degree with 5 years of information technology or business analysis experience, a master's degree with 3 years, technical certification or college courses with 7 years, or 9 years of relevant experience.
• At least 2 years of experience leading projects.
• Knowledge of system architecture, application portfolios, requirements definition and management, and prototyping tools such as ALM, Jira, RallyDev, Balsamiq, or iRise.
• Knowledge of SDLC, iterative, Agile, OWF, and/or Scrum development practices.
• Ability to simplify complex concepts and processes, solve problems, manage multiple priorities, and communicate effectively.
• Business acumen and project management skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with business process management and modeling, healthcare, and RPA process definition documents.
• Experience with intelligent automation, including RPA, generative AI, agentic AI, and UiPath or similar platforms.
• Four or more years of automation experience, ideally with RPA, and six or more years of overall experience.
• Business Analysis or UiPath Business Analysis Fundamentals certification.
