Lead Business Analyst, AI & Automation

Location: Remote within the United States; valid authorization to work in the U.S. is required. Up to 5% travel may be required.

Salary: $115,000–$125,000 per year, with potential discretionary bonuses and incentives.

What you will do

• Lead enterprise AI, agentic AI, intelligent automation, and business process transformation initiatives across multiple business units.
• Identify, evaluate, and prioritize automation opportunities using RPA, desktop automation, intelligent document processing, conversational AI, machine learning, and agentic AI patterns.
• Translate business strategy and requirements into AI-enabled operating models, process flows, solution designs, SOPs, and process definition documents.
• Shape AI and automation roadmaps, manage demand intake and capacity planning, and report on KPIs, benefits realization, and value delivery.
• Partner with architecture, security, data, and platform teams to ensure secure, responsible, compliant, and scalable deployments.
• Mentor business analysts and third-party developers while establishing analysis standards, reusable artifacts, and best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• At least 8 years of experience in IT business analysis, process automation, or digital transformation.
• Demonstrated experience delivering advanced enterprise automation, AI, and agentic AI solutions.
• Experience providing operational leadership, mentoring, and leading cross-functional teams.
• Ability to translate ambiguous business needs into actionable AI-enabled solutions and communicate effectively with executives and stakeholders.
• Knowledge of AI governance, responsible AI, process modeling, RPA, workflow orchestration, Microsoft Copilot, and enterprise service management platforms is preferred.

Nice to have

• Experience with agentic AI frameworks, UiPath, IBM Blueworks, ServiceNow, Microsoft 365 Copilot, or Copilot Studio.
• Experience defining and governing AI-enabled business processes.
• ITIL, PMP, CBAP, BRM, Six Sigma, or AI/ML-related certifications.
