Staff Pharmacist - $25,000 Sign On Bonus

Location: Onsite at 2001 US Highway 1, Sebastian, Florida, United States

Annual salary: $98,000–$172,000 for a 40-hour/week schedule; additional annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Includes a $25,000 sign-on bonus.

What you will do

• Provide pharmaceutical care, process prescriptions, and accurately dispense medications.
• Counsel customers on healthcare needs and prescription medications.
• Administer immunizations and other Walmart pharmacy programs.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, regulations, HIPAA, and PHI guidelines.
• Model effective customer service and guide pharmacy staff.
• Participate in community activities, outreach, and events.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, PharmD, or equivalent FPGE through NABP.
• Pharmacy license by the job entry date.
• Completion of an ACPE-accredited immunization training program.
• Proficiency in pharmaceutical care and implementation of best practices.
• Ability to adapt to patient needs and address varied medical concerns.
