Client Success Manager (Healthcare IT)

Salary: $93,955–$159,725 annually, plus potential short-term incentives and benefits.

What you will do

• Act as a trusted client advisor and advocate for contracted technology services.
• Coordinate the delivery and adoption of technology solutions, systems, processes, and products.
• Attend client meetings and identify changes that may affect service-support processes.
• Gather and document client issues and change requests.
• Maintain status updates and communicate progress to leadership and client contacts.
• Collaborate with stakeholders on iterative releases and delivery outcomes.

Requirements

• Associate's degree in computer and information science, healthcare administration, business, or a related field; equivalent education and experience may be considered.
• 7+ years of professional IT experience.
• 7+ years of experience in client success, account management, program management, or consulting in healthcare IT or a related industry.
• Experience managing enterprise-level clients and delivering technology solutions.
• Strong technical acumen and the ability to translate complex solutions into business value.
• Excellent relationship management, stakeholder communication, problem-solving, and cross-functional leadership skills.
