Senior Systems Integration Manager (Medtech)

Location: Remote within the United States; optional in-person office hubs are available in Boston and New York.

Salary: $135,000–$155,000 per year, plus equity, PTO, and other benefits.

What you will do

• Serve as the technical subject matter expert across discovery, implementation, adoption, and expansion.
• Partner with Sales on technical evaluations, enterprise stakeholder discussions, presentations, demonstrations, proofs of concept, and executive business reviews.
• Lead discovery of clinical, operational, workflow, integration, security, and technical requirements.
• Translate customer needs and technical constraints into scalable solution recommendations and repeatable implementation workflows.
• Manage relationships with API providers, third-party solution engineers, and integration partners, and establish usable customer integrations.
• Build dashboards, reporting, playbooks, technical assets, documentation, and training for commercial teams.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in implementation, solutions engineering, or sales engineering within health tech, medtech, or SaaS.
• Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience supporting enterprise technical sales and implementations end to end.
• Strong knowledge of software integrations, APIs, and data interoperability; HL7/FHIR experience is preferred.
• Familiarity with EHR/EMR, PACS, LIS, hospital data environments, medical terminology, and clinical workflows.
• Working knowledge of U.S. healthcare systems, reimbursement, HIPAA, FDA, and CMS requirements, plus proficiency with CRM, analytics, demo, and productivity tools.

Nice to have

• Experience in digital health, healthcare SaaS, medical devices, diagnostics, or SaMD, especially sleep medicine, neurology, or physiologic monitoring.
• Experience owning implementations, integrations, or workflow design.
• Experience with regulated products or FDA submissions.
• Exposure to AWS, Azure, GCP, or machine learning workflows.
