Sr Pricing Manager

Location: Santa Clara, California, United States; flexible or remote work persona.

Base pay: $126,800–$221,900 per year, plus equity when applicable, variable or incentive compensation, and benefits.

What you will do

• Lead the day-to-day operations of the pricing strategy team.
• Provide guidance on pricing and product models, configuration, programs, and policies.
• Drive pricing and business model innovation to improve sales velocity, customer satisfaction, and deal desk scalability.
• Coordinate pricing and portfolio management readiness for product launches, major releases, and interim updates.
• Partner with Legal, Finance, Sales, Product, CRM, and product readiness teams to gather requirements and improve processes.
• Maintain pricing governance documentation, communicate process updates, and identify risks and solutions in advance.

Requirements

• 3–4 years of experience in pricing operations or revenue management as a project manager, business analyst, or operations analyst.
• Ability to understand technical details and design solutions that meet business needs.
• Knowledge of cloud go-to-market and business models.
• Experience managing a portfolio of prices to meet financial targets.
• Strong data analysis skills with Excel and familiarity with PowerBI, Tableau, or Qlik.
• Strong communication, presentation, collaboration, and multitasking skills.

Nice to have

• Experience in business process design, QA, project management, or Agile SDLC.
• Experience with ServiceNow or CPQ platforms.
• Experience using or administering cloud-based software.
