Product Operations Analyst

Location: Remote, United States; onsite work at corporate or client offices may be required as necessary.

What you will do

• Build, enhance, and maintain recurring Tableau dashboards and reporting suites for Physician OneView.
• Partner with Product Marketing to create and track user adoption, campaign engagement, and feature rollouts.
• Automate manual reporting processes, including Secure Messaging utilization and Medical Director billing workflows.
• Execute SQL queries, validate data, and triage ad-hoc analytical requests from product managers.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or product operations.
• Strong SQL querying skills.
• Hands-on experience developing and publishing Tableau dashboards.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel capabilities.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, or TargetProcess.
