What you will do
- Participate in client engagements by identifying issues, forming hypotheses, conducting interviews, and analyzing data.
- Interpret quantitative and qualitative findings, develop conclusions and recommendations, and prepare client presentations and deliverables.
- Build and maintain dynamic data models using and client datasets.
- Lead quality assurance, process standardization, and automation of analytics deliverables and internal tools.
- Troubleshoot Tableau workbooks, SQL scripts, Excel analyses, and related data workflows.
- Support implementation of recommended improvements, practice development, training, and oversight of Analyst work when required.
Requirements
- Must be based in the United States for this remote role.
- At least 2 years of applicable experience.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; high school education is required.
- Experience analyzing complex healthcare datasets and developing visualizations and presentations.
- Strong analytical, data validation, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively, manage changing priorities, meet deadlines, and make independent decisions.
Nice to have
- SQL, Tableau, advanced Excel, business intelligence, and statistical tools such as Python, R, SAS, or MATLAB.
- Healthcare, business, or finance experience and interest in healthcare performance management.
- Lean Process Improvement or Six Sigma Green/Black Belt certification.
- Experience developing new methodologies and strategic data-driven solutions.
