Consultant - Data Operations & Technology (Women and Infants)

Location: Remote; requires 61–80% travel within the United States

Salary: $72,000–$120,000 per year

What you will do

• Work with engagement teams to identify client needs, plan analyses, conduct interviews, and develop data-driven conclusions and recommendations.
• Obtain, analyze, interpret, and validate healthcare data, then prepare client-facing presentations and deliverables.
• Build and maintain dynamic data models using hirify.global and client datasets.
• Lead efforts to standardize and automate client deliverables, analytical processes, and internal tools.
• Troubleshoot Tableau workbooks, SQL scripts, Excel analyses, and related analytical outputs.
• Support implementation of recommended improvements and may oversee the work of an Analyst.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of applicable work experience.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; high school education required.
• Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively and manage changing priorities.
• Experience or demonstrated interest in healthcare performance management, business, or finance.
• Ability to analyze complex healthcare datasets and develop visualizations and presentations for data-driven recommendations.
• Ability to work remotely and travel 61–80% within the United States.

Nice to have

• SQL, Tableau, advanced Excel, business intelligence, or statistical tools such as R, Python, SAS, or MATLAB.
• Experience with qualitative and quantitative data validation and analysis.
• Lean process improvement or Six Sigma Green/Black Belt experience.
• Experience developing new methodologies and solving strategic problems.
