TL;DR
Policy & Compliance Analyst (HRStat/GPRA) (Human Capital Programmatic Evaluation & Compliance): Conducting human capital program evaluations and analyzing policies, controls, requirements, and reporting outputs in support of federal HR modernization with an accent on HRStat, OPM guidelines, and GPRA standards. Focus on producing compliance evidence, reports, dashboards, and insights for data-driven decision-making at a federal science agency.

Location: Hybrid work on and off the client site in Alexandria, Virginia, across the Mid-Atlantic Region; U.S. citizenship required.

What you will do

  • Conduct human capital program evaluations using HRStat, OPM guidelines, and GPRA Modernization Act standards.
  • Analyze policies, controls, requirements, data, and reporting outputs for human capital evaluation frameworks.
  • Support compliance with HRStat and GPRA requirements and align policy with federal human capital management standards.
  • Produce reports, documentation, dashboards, compliance evidence, and analytical insights for client decision-making.
  • Support digital transformation, process automation, workforce planning tools, and business intelligence initiatives.
  • Contribute to performance-based service delivery, reporting, and service-level objectives for federal clients.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in policy, human resources, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of policy analysis experience.
  • Experience supporting human capital programmatic evaluation, compliance, reporting, or related government and public services work.
  • Proficiency with project management methodologies and tools, business analysis, documentation, and reporting.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, communication, prioritization, and attention-to-detail skills.
  • U.S. citizenship is required; visa sponsorship, including H-1B and TN sponsorship, is not available.
