Policy Analyst - Mid

Salary: $90,000–$125,000 USD annually

What you will do

• Research and analyze operational data and policy requirements supporting Intelligence Community mission operations.
• Develop reports, strategic recommendations, and executive briefings.
• Coordinate project schedules, stakeholder engagements, and action tracking.
• Support policy reviews, compliance activities, and governance initiatives.
• Assist with business process improvement and operational modernization efforts.

Requirements

• Active TS/SCI clearance with the ability to obtain a polygraph.
• 7+ years of experience in policy analysis, business operations, program management, or a related field.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field.
• Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
• Experience with Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and collaboration tools.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting Intelligence Community or Department of Defense mission operations.
• Experience with governance or continuity initiatives.
• Experience with process improvement methodologies.
