Policy Analyst - Senior

Salary: $120,000–$150,000 USD annually

What you will do

• Lead policy development, strategic planning, and enterprise business process improvement initiatives.
• Prepare executive-level briefings, reports, and strategic recommendations.
• Coordinate cross-functional projects and stakeholder engagements.
• Analyze organizational metrics and operational data to identify process improvements.
• Support governance forums, continuity planning, and mission assurance initiatives.
• Mentor junior personnel and support leadership decision-making.

Requirements

• Active TS/SCI clearance with the ability to obtain a CI polygraph.
• 12+ years of experience in business analysis, policy operations, program management, or a related field.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field.
• Experience supporting Intelligence Community or Department of Defense mission operations.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Experience with SharePoint, Microsoft Office, and enterprise collaboration tools.

Nice to have

• Experience with Six Sigma, ITIL, or process improvement methodologies.
• PMP or a related program management certification.
• Experience supporting continuity, risk, or governance programs.
