Project Management Advisor - Airline Operations (Transportation & Logistics)

Location: Hybrid position in Memphis, Tennessee; candidates must live within 50 miles of the campus and work onsite several times per week.

What you will do

• Lead high-impact engineering and operational programs supporting Airline IT, agile delivery, and the One hirify.global strategy.
• Identify and mitigate cross-team technical dependencies, system integration bottlenecks, risks, and operational constraints.
• Develop executive communication strategies, presentations, talking points, enterprise announcements, and transformation narratives.
• Administer SharePoint environments, video-sharing platforms, and digital asset management systems, establishing governance and information lifecycle standards.
• Oversee the planning, scripting, production, editing, and deployment of instructional videos, product demonstrations, and change-management content.
• Use Microsoft 365 Copilot, GitHub Copilot, and other generative AI tools to improve documentation, reporting, knowledge sharing, and delivery workflows.

Requirements

• At least five years of professional experience, including two years facilitating large programs or multifunctional projects; seven or more years of progressive experience is preferred.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business, science, technology, engineering, mathematics, communications, or a related field.
• Experience leading technical programs, translating complex IT, database, cloud, transportation, logistics, or airline systems for business and executive audiences.
• Strong leadership, organization, communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional facilitation skills, including the ability to influence without formal authority.
• Experience with SharePoint administration, video-hosting platforms, digital asset libraries, professional video editing, script writing, or instructional media production.
• Must be based within 50 miles of the Memphis campus and able to work onsite several times per week.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of transportation network operations, freight systems, supply chain logistics, routing algorithms, or airline technology and infrastructure.
• Experience supporting senior executives, including VPs, SVPs, and CXOs.
• Hands-on experience with generative AI tools and AI-assisted video or audio editing software.
