What you will do

• Support strategic programs critical to long-term corporate success.
• Facilitate and execute program workstreams across operating companies and services.
• Lead projects focused on realizing measurable program benefits.
• Create and implement departmental program management processes, tools, and techniques.
• Apply project management best practices and provide program status visibility to senior management.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business, science, technology, engineering, mathematics, communications, or a related field.
• At least five years of professional work experience.
• At least two years of experience facilitating large programs or multifunctional projects in a practical business setting.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Familiarity with the transportation or logistics industry and experience leading multifunctional projects or programs are desired.
