Compliance Reporting Analyst (Human Capital Compliance)

Location: Hybrid work in Alexandria, Virginia, across the Mid-Atlantic Region, working on and off the client site. U.S. citizenship is required.

What you will do

• Develop compliance reports, dashboards, documentation, and evidence for federal human capital programs.
• Track metrics and support audits, oversight activities, and policy and governance reporting.
• Analyze data, policies, controls, requirements, and reporting outputs to support client decision-making.
• Provide analytical support for strategic HR planning, workforce research, and human capital governance.
• Support digital transformation, process automation, HR technology integration, workforce planning tools, and performance-based service delivery.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in data or IT.
• At least 4 years of reporting experience.
• Experience with reporting and analytics, including dashboard creation.
• Proficiency with project management methodologies and tools.
• Strong analytical, organizational, communication, time management, and prioritization skills.
• U.S. citizenship is required; visa sponsorship, including H-1B and TN sponsorship, is not available.
