Senior Operations Analyst

What you will do

• Support division administration, DTS travel, training, awards, special projects, reports, and other operational functions.
• Research sensitive policy, regulatory, legal, and contractual issues and advise senior leaders, supervisors, and managers.
• Collect, interpret, and validate requirements and operational data; manage special studies, initiatives, milestones, and project reports.
• Prepare and deliver briefings, presentations, written findings, recommendations, and corrective-action reports for senior management.
• Maintain program files, file plans, tracking systems, staff packages, correspondence, and classified and unclassified data using systems such as AFRIMS, DTS, SOCCER, ETMS2/TMT, MICT, PMRT, and SharePoint.
• Administer CONUS and OCONUS travel authorizations, orders, and vouchers; update and train personnel on DTS usage and changes.

Requirements

• Active Secret security clearance.
• GED and at least five years of experience in the profession being performed.
• At least five years of experience supporting the Department of Defense.
• Working knowledge of the JTR, DoD FMR, and DTS WPAFB business rules.
• Ability to analyze data and policies, resolve operational issues, and produce clear written and oral recommendations.
