Mission Integration Analyst

Location: Hybrid in Alexandria, Virginia, with 3–4 days per week onsite at the Mark Center and 1–2 days per week remote.

Salary: $99,300–$144,100 USD annually.

What you will do

• Support oversight of Chemical and Biological Defense Program experimentation and integrate findings into research, development, testing, and evaluation activities.
• Plan and execute warfighter engagements, operational assessments, workshops, and working groups, including participant coordination, briefing development, and outcome capture.
• Contribute to a modeling and simulation ecosystem by identifying analytical requirements, data sources, models, tools, and integration opportunities.
• Build strategic coalitions with Military Services, Combatant Commands, Joint Staff, government research organizations, and other stakeholders.
• Identify and track operational needs, capability gaps, requirements, risks, dependencies, and process-improvement opportunities.
• Develop mission threads, evaluation metrics, architectures, reports, white papers, briefings, and decision materials that communicate findings and recommendations.

Requirements

• Active TS/SCI security clearance required.
• Bachelor’s degree in any field; a master’s degree may substitute for three years of experience.
• 10+ years of experience in military services, combatant commands, requirements development or analysis, warfighter engagements, operational concepts, or a similar area.
• Experience analyzing and integrating complex data and information to support operational concepts and warfighter engagements.
• Experience communicating and coordinating with Military Services and Combatant Commands on requirements and warfighter engagements.

Nice to have

• Experience with the Department of War Chemical and Biological Defense Program.
• Experience with mission engineering efforts.
• Project Management Professional certification.
