Project Manager/Properties (Construction)

Location: Hybrid position in Memphis, Tennessee; employees must live within 50 miles of the campus and work onsite several times per week. Some travel to job sites is required.

Monthly salary ranges: Construction Project Manager: $5,152.82–$8,244.52; Sr. Construction Project Manager: $5,662.27–$9,342.75; Construction PM Advisor: $6,511.62–$10,744.16.

What you will do

• Lead infrastructure and engineering projects from conception through final commissioning.
• Develop project schedules, budgets, forecasts, and resource plans.
• Contract with and manage developers, general contractors, architectural engineering firms, and external vendors.
• Oversee installation, operation, testing, and commissioning of equipment systems and facility infrastructure.
• Monitor project performance, resolve operational issues, and minimize delays.
• Coordinate with planning, finance, legal, IT, contractors, and local jurisdictions to secure permits and Certificates of Occupancy.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical, electrical, or civil engineering, construction project management, or a related field.
• Construction Project Manager: at least 3 years of construction project management experience.
• Sr. Construction Project Manager: at least 6 years of progressive construction project management experience.
• Construction Project Management Advisor: 9 or more years of progressive experience with complex and first-of-a-kind construction projects.
• Knowledge of construction documents, technical specifications, drawings, engineering standards, and Microsoft Project or other CPM software.
• Must live within 50 miles of the Memphis campus and work onsite several times per week.
