Project Manager (Construction)

What you will do

• Manage tenant improvement and ground-up construction projects from initiation through completion, including planning, design, construction, occupancy, and closeout.
• Work with clients to define scope, resources, budgets, schedules, milestones, quality controls, and project risks.
• Lead procurement activities, including requests for proposals, bid evaluations, and resource recommendations.
• Maintain project documentation governance, data integrity, and accurate reporting.
• Direct project delivery teams, track progress and variances, and create action plans to meet objectives.
• Identify project threats and implement risk mitigation and contingency plans.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred, with 5–8 years of relevant experience; equivalent education and experience may be considered.
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Strong judgment, organizational skills, analytical ability, and an inquisitive mindset.
• Ability to perform moderately complex financial calculations, including percentages and fractions.
• Ability to lead teams, build consensus, and communicate difficult or sensitive information.

Nice to have

• LEED AP, PMP, or CCM designation.
• Experience developing innovative solutions and applying project management principles to complex assignments.
