What you will do

• Lead project teams in a matrix organization to ensure successful project delivery.
• Define project WBS, cost baselines, and work plans while managing risks, scope, and schedules.
• Facilitate team productivity and remove obstacles to meet performance indicators.
• Manage third-party projects, including transmission owners and interconnecting customers.
• Oversee construction and commissioning activities as the primary point of contact.
• Resolve contract disputes related to costs, scope, and schedule.

Requirements

• 5-10 years of experience in large-scale program management within the utility sector.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the substation functional area.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Professional Engineer License or PMP certification preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
