Data Analytics & Research Specialist (Human Capital Analytics)

Location: Hybrid at or near Alexandria, Virginia, across the Mid-Atlantic Region, working on and off the client site. U.S. citizenship is required.

What you will do

• Conduct environmental scans and benchmarking analyses using federal data sources such as OPM FedScope, CHCO Council publications, and agency performance reports.
• Compare human capital metrics, programs, and outcomes with peer federal agencies.
• Analyze workforce data and trends to generate insights and recommendations.
• Support advanced analytics, business intelligence, digital transformation, and process automation initiatives.
• Support regulatory compliance with federal human capital management policies.
• Prepare reports and other complex analytical deliverables for government clients.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a data-related field.
• 5+ years of analytics experience.
• Experience with analytics tools and business intelligence.
• Analytical thinking, strong written and verbal communication, organization, prioritization, and attention to detail.
• Proficiency with project management methodologies and tools.
• U.S. citizenship is required; H-1B and TN visa sponsorship is not available.
