Senior People Analyst – Stakeholder & Executive Insights

What you will do

• Deliver ad hoc workforce analytics and insights for executive, HR leadership, and senior HR stakeholders.
• Frame ambiguous workforce questions into structured analytical approaches and data-driven recommendations.
• Create executive-ready narratives, dashboards, visualizations, and presentations linking workforce data to business outcomes.
• Partner with HRBPs, Talent Management, Compensation, and business leaders on workforce challenges.
• Support workforce planning, organizational design, and talent review processes.
• Analyze turnover, retention, headcount movement, engagement, and talent pipeline health while maintaining data accuracy.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, Business, Industrial-Organizational Psychology, or a related field.
• 5+ years of related experience.
• Workday and Power BI experience required.
• Advanced Excel and data visualization experience.
• Experience presenting insights to senior leadership and communicating with executive audiences.
• Strong judgment, problem-framing skills, analytical storytelling ability, and comfort working with ambiguity.
