Specialty Representative/Sr Specialty Representative - Cardiovascular - Ft. Lauderdale FL

Location: Fort Lauderdale, Florida, United States; territory includes Hollywood, Hallandale, and Pembroke Pines. Relocation is not offered for this role.

Annual salary: $89,816–$121,602 for Specialty Representative; $109,631–$148,325 for Senior Specialty Representative.

What you will do

• Provide current clinical knowledge of cardiovascular products to medical professionals and communicate product benefits.
• Implement marketing strategy, deliver branded sales messages, conduct educational programs, and achieve territory sales targets.
• Build and manage healthcare customer accounts, customize interactions, support product access, and resolve or triage reimbursement issues.
• Maintain product contracts and develop territory plans in partnership with the District Manager.
• Analyze sales activity and territory performance, provide marketing feedback, and share best practices with colleagues.
• Promote appropriate product utilization while maintaining ethical, science-based, and patient-focused sales practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree, or an associate degree with 4 years of sales experience, or a high school diploma/GED with 6 years of sales experience for the Specialty Representative level.
• Bachelor's degree with 3 years of sales or relevant healthcare/scientific clinical experience, or equivalent combinations of education and experience, for the Senior Specialty Representative level.
• Ability to work in the Fort Lauderdale territory covering Hollywood, Hallandale, and Pembroke Pines.
• Strong planning, communication, relationship-building, business, industry, and technical knowledge.
• Experience managing customer accounts, product access, reimbursement issues, and territory performance.

Nice to have

• Three or more years of sales experience in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or medical device industry.
• Product or hospital sales experience in cardiology or other listed specialty areas.
• Local market knowledge and established territory relationships.
• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or Business Administration.
