Senior Strategy Sales Analyst

Location: Hybrid in New York, NY; candidates must live within a 50-mile radius of the hirify.global office and work onsite several times per week.

Salary: $182,208.00–$187,287.72 per year, plus stock options, bonuses, disability and life insurance, and retirement savings with matching.

What you will do

• Develop quantitative analyses of budgets, sales performance, revenues, margins, and sales or solutions strategies.
• Plan, coordinate, and execute sales plans, projects, and programs.
• Lead peer and cross-departmental analysis and make recommendations to upper management.
• Build analytical tools and guide staff in their use, including advanced computer modeling and database-based approaches.
• Lead brainstorming sessions and recommend methods for solving highly complex sales issues.
• Chair cross-functional meetings involving senior stakeholders and upper management.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field plus 3 years of relevant experience; alternatively, a bachelor’s degree or equivalent plus 5 years of relevant experience.
• Experience with Python, R Programming, M Query language, SAS, DAX, SQL, Power BI, and Visual Basic.
• Advanced analytical skills and business software proficiency.
• Ability to manage multiple major assignments concurrently and lead analytical teams addressing major business issues.
• Strong project management, interpersonal, writing, and oral communication skills.
• Must live within a 50-mile radius of New York, NY and be able to work from a hirify.global office several times per week.
