Business Applications Advisor (WMS/OMS/TMS)

Location: Onsite in Warrendale, Pennsylvania; Collierville, Tennessee; or Dallas, Texas, United States. Remote work is not available. The role includes physical tasks in a warehouse environment, on-call coverage as needed, and project travel.

What you will do

• Support, configure, and troubleshoot Manhattan WMOS warehouse workflows and integrations across receiving, picking, replenishment, and shipping.
• Configure and optimize OMS sourcing, allocation, order routing, and exception-handling rules across the order lifecycle.
• Maintain TMS carrier selection, rate management, tendering, and shipment execution workflows while resolving transportation exceptions.
• Build Spotfire and Power BI dashboards, including DAX, advanced data modeling, and automation, for KPI tracking and executive reporting.
• Gather requirements, design solutions, document specifications, and collaborate with development teams throughout implementation and production support.
• Lead complex project efforts, transition new systems into operations, improve failed processes, and mentor less senior team members.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of relevant experience supporting or implementing business-critical applications.
• Hands-on experience with Manhattan WMOS WMS systems is preferred.
• Strong proficiency in Oracle SQL for application development and strong problem-solving skills.
• Excellent technical and operational communication skills, including clear updates when working with distributed teams.
• Ability to work in a warehouse environment, including standing, walking, and lifting or carrying items up to 50 pounds.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of UNIX/Linux servers and Oracle relational databases.
• Experience with warehouse execution technologies, supply chain systems, and service-level agreement support.
