Business Systems Advisor (Data Analytics)

Location: Remote within the United States, excluding Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories; telecommuting eligible.

What you will do

• Develop information systems plans aligned with business requirements.
• Lead systems development, testing, controls, programs, and projects.
• Conduct decision-support analysis and implement information business services.
• Develop measurements of performance and value creation.
• Gather requirements and configure licensed, vendor-packaged business software systems.
• Support, maintain, and administer implemented business system solutions.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in quantitative business, supply chain management, information systems, or a related discipline plus 3 years of relevant experience; alternatively, a bachelor’s degree or equivalent plus 5 years of relevant experience.
• Experience with customer and operational performance analytics on enterprise-scale datasets.
• Experience with BI and data visualization tools, including Power BI, plus advanced SQL and database management.
• Knowledge of predictive modeling, machine learning, statistical modeling, experimentation, Python for data analytics and automation, and data quality validation.
• Experience with cloud data platforms and big data technologies such as Azure, Databricks, or PySpark.
• Strong communication, planning, organizing, business analysis, and collaboration skills.
