Associate Director, Reporting Solutions (Marketing Analytics)

Location: Remote, United States; available in most US states, with some exclusions

Salary: $120,000–$145,000 annual salary

What you will do

• Lead and develop the Reporting Solutions team of approximately three employees, including coaching, feedback, prioritization, and career development.
• Set the strategy and roadmap for scalable, standardized, and reusable reporting products across clients and verticals such as B2B and Retail Media.
• Translate complex marketing and business questions into intuitive, actionable reporting and analytics experiences.
• Partner with Data Engineering, Product, Analytics, Media, and client teams on data models, metrics, dimensions, quality requirements, and platform capabilities.
• Establish standards for reporting quality, visualization, UX, performance, documentation, and QA.
• Evaluate interactive applications, self-service analytics, conversational analytics, and AI-enabled reporting where they improve client outcomes.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in business intelligence, reporting solutions, marketing analytics, data visualization, or a related discipline.
• 2+ years of people management experience with responsibility for coaching, performance management, prioritization, and career development.
• Experience in an advertising agency, consulting organization, or other multi-client environment.
• Experience delivering client-facing reporting and analytics solutions from requirements through production and iteration.
• Strong experience with Looker, Looker Studio, Tableau, Power BI, or similar business intelligence and visualization platforms, plus SQL and analytical data models.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing measurement, marketing and advertising data, data storytelling, UX, stakeholder management, and executive communication.

Nice to have

• Experience with B2B, Retail Media, ecommerce, lead generation, or other complex measurement environments.
• Experience with web-based or embedded analytics applications using React, Next.js, Vercel, Streamlit, or similar frameworks.
• Experience designing AI-enabled analytics, conversational analytics, natural-language data exploration, automated insights, or agentic reporting workflows.
• Familiarity with BigQuery, dbt, semantic layers, metrics layers, analytics engineering, design systems, and standardized reporting frameworks.
• Experience with product development practices such as user research, prototyping, usability testing, and iterative delivery.
