C&SCM Business Process Engineer (SCM / Procurement Process Modeling)

Location: Hybrid, with on/off client-site and virtual work in Aiken, South Carolina, and across the Southeastern United States.

What you will do

• Develop acquisition lifecycle flowcharts, end-to-end process maps, swim lane diagrams, decision trees, and editable visual models.
• Translate complex contracts and supply chain management procedures into clear visual tools, quick-reference guides, and training materials.
• Review prime contracts, governing documents, and applicable laws to support compliant procurement and supply chain procedures.
• Create and update procedures, forms, terms and conditions, and related operational documentation.
• Support virtual and in-person training, stakeholder validation, and continuous improvement through feedback and effectiveness monitoring.
• Maintain formal non-editable and editable versions of lifecycle visuals for ongoing client use.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, operations, supply chain, information systems, industrial engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in process modeling, business analysis, procedure visualization, BPM, acquisition lifecycle mapping, or operational documentation.
• Experience with procurement, supply chain management, or contracts is preferred.
• Proficiency with Visio or Lucidchart, BPMN or swim lane modeling, process decomposition, diagram standards, and editable source-file management.
• Strong visual communication, structured thinking, accuracy, simplification, collaboration, stakeholder validation, and attention to detail.
• Ability to use Microsoft Office, including Excel, Access, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word, as well as Adobe Acrobat and data analytics tools.

Nice to have

• Lean Six Sigma, BPMN, CBAP, or process modeling certification.
• Experience in the nuclear and environmental management sector.
