Business Analyst / Process Modeller (SAP/Visio)

Location: Lawrence Township, New Jersey, United States

What you will do

• Collaborate with business subject matter experts to understand and document business processes.
• Identify opportunities to streamline and improve existing processes.
• Develop, maintain, and distribute business process documentation to stakeholders.
• Represent the team in designated meetings and respond to process management and modeling questions.
• Map application data to business processes and work with Business Partners to elicit information.

Requirements

• Strong business acumen and a record of delivering innovative solutions that improve business performance.
• Experience with process re-engineering on at least one medium-to-large IT project.
• Experience working in cross-functional project teams to understand requirements and deliver process artifacts.
• Understanding of hierarchical and sequential process modeling concepts and techniques.
• Strong experience with Visio and familiarity with process modeling tools such as ARIS.
• Pharmaceutical industry experience and familiarity with SAP data, including the ability to query SAP applications, are required.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of serialization and EMVS regulatory requirements.
