Sr. Financial Analyst

Location: Sparks, Nevada; De Soto, Kansas; United States. The position supports the Reno, Nevada site in a hybrid capacity with onsite work expected 2–3 days per week. A fully remote arrangement may be considered, but candidates unable to relocate should expect 50% travel to the Reno office. Applicants must have valid authorization to work in the U.S. without restriction.

What you will do

• Analyze and model historical, current, and projected financial data to assess business health and opportunities.
• Partner with business functions to identify cost savings, efficiency improvements, strategic investments, and opportunities to improve profit and cash flow.
• Develop financial models, KPIs, metrics, reports, and analytics supporting budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Evaluate capital expenditures and depreciation and prepare documentation for funding and investment decisions.
• Analyze industry trends and benchmarks and recommend decisions using scenario analysis.
• Support the monthly financial close, improve internal controls through SOPs and SWIs, and participate in kaizen activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 4–6+ years of related experience in the manufacturing industry.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI, with experience in financial modeling, scenario analysis, and reporting tools.
• Knowledge of SAP S/4, Oracle, or another fully integrated ERP system.
• Strong analytical, communication, partnering, organization, and multitasking skills, including the ability to handle confidential information.
• Working-level English is required, including reading, writing, and speaking.

Nice to have

• MBA or another advanced degree.
• Experience with EPMs, think-cell, Claude, Palantir, finance-focused AI agents, or SAP S/4 as a super user.
• Experience working with domestic and international teams.
