Senior C&SCM Implementation & Continuous Improvement Analyst (Six Sigma Specialist)

What you will do

• Develop KPI frameworks and monitor the effectiveness of Contracts & Supply Chain Management procedures.
• Analyze performance data and lead performance reviews.
• Implement Lean/Six Sigma continuous improvement initiatives and process enhancement recommendations.
• Establish feedback collection mechanisms and feedback loops.
• Produce continuous improvement and performance reports with actionable recommendations.
• Align improvements with FAR, DEAR, and SRNS requirements to improve efficiency and compliance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field.
• 8–12+ years of experience in federal C&SCM, process improvement, or performance analytics.
• Experience in the nuclear and environmental management sector; DOE/NNSA experience is preferred.
• Data analysis, KPI development, reporting tools, Lean/Six Sigma methodologies, and regulatory awareness.
• Analytical thinking, problem-solving, attention to detail, and stakeholder communication skills.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel, Access, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word; familiarity with Adobe Acrobat, data analytics tools, and Visio.

Nice to have

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification.
• DOE/NNSA experience.
