Location: Hybrid work on/off the client site and virtually in or near Aiken, South Carolina, across the Southeastern United States

What you will do
- Develop KPI frameworks and monitor the effectiveness of Contracts & Supply Chain Management procedures.
- Analyze performance data and lead performance reviews.
- Implement Lean/Six Sigma continuous improvement initiatives and process enhancement recommendations.
- Establish feedback collection mechanisms and feedback loops.
- Produce continuous improvement and performance reports with actionable recommendations.
- Align improvements with FAR, DEAR, and SRNS requirements to improve efficiency and compliance.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field.
- 8–12+ years of experience in federal C&SCM, process improvement, or performance analytics.
- Experience in the nuclear and environmental management sector; DOE/NNSA experience is preferred.
- Data analysis, KPI development, reporting tools, Lean/Six Sigma methodologies, and regulatory awareness.
- Analytical thinking, problem-solving, attention to detail, and stakeholder communication skills.
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel, Access, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word; familiarity with Adobe Acrobat, data analytics tools, and Visio.
Nice to have
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification.
- DOE/NNSA experience.
