Sales & Revenue Operations Task Author (AI Training)

What you will do

• Author realistic Sales and Revenue Operations task prompts covering bookings reconciliation, account discrepancies, fulfillment status, and recognized revenue.
• Write precise scoring rubrics that define objectively verifiable correct answers.
• Set up realistic task environments using CRM systems, orders, email, chat, and dashboards.
• Solve tasks independently to validate their soundness and rubric accuracy.
• Test tasks against AI models and iteratively calibrate their complexity, ambiguity, and required steps.
• Review and correct AI-drafted prompts and rubrics when provided.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or a closely related function at an industrial or enterprise company.
• Deep familiarity with CRM systems such as Salesforce and the ability to query and interpret account and bookings data.
• Strong understanding of bookings, fulfillment pipelines, and revenue recognition.
• Ability to define precise, verifiable correctness criteria.
• Comfort working with business communication tools and dashboards in multi-system workflows.
• Strong written English communication skills are required; all task authoring is conducted in English.

Nice to have

• Experience training or evaluating AI tools in a sales or revenue context.
• Background in enterprise B2B environments with complex deal structures.
