Revenue Operations Analyst - Working Student

Location: Berlin, Germany; hybrid work with attendance at the Berlin office twice per week

hirify.global designs, builds, and operates a large constellation of imaging satellites and provides satellite data through a cloud-based platform for commercial, environmental, and humanitarian applications.

What you will do

• Review sales deal proposals for compliance with pricing, discounting, and contract guidelines.
• Create and manage accurate quotes and commercial terms in the CRM system, such as Salesforce.
• Coordinate deal approvals with Sales, Customer Success, Finance, Accounting, Legal, and other internal teams.
• Review contracts for accuracy, adherence to terms, and required approvals before customer execution.
• Maintain accurate deal data and help Sales navigate approval processes.
• Identify improvements to deal desk processes and suggest ways to increase efficiency.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a full-time university program.
• Experience working with large data sets.
• Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets.
• Ability to communicate in both German and English.
• Proofreading and editing experience with strong attention to detail.
• Experience collaborating and working with teams.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting Sales operations or quote-to-cash processes.
• Experience with Salesforce, Clari, Gong, or ZoomInfo.
