Project Manager (Nuclear Compliance)

Location: Hybrid on/off client site and virtual in Aiken, South Carolina, across the Southeastern United States. U.S. citizenship is required; visa sponsorship is not available.

What you will do

• Lead program delivery, PMO governance, schedules, deliverables, reporting, and stakeholder communications.
• Direct enterprise-wide Contracts & Supply Chain Management procedural transformation aligned with FAR, DEAR, DOE, and NNSA requirements.
• Analyze contracts and regulations and develop standard operating procedures, process maps, templates, and acquisition lifecycle visualizations.
• Support training, change management, operational deployment, and procedural sustainment.
• Monitor performance, drive continuous improvement, and maintain audit-ready compliance across procurement and supply chain operations.
• Interface with SRNS leadership and support a five-year engagement involving approximately 360 personnel.

Requirements

• U.S. citizenship required; H-1B and TN visa sponsorship are not available.
• 12–15+ years of federal or DOE program management experience.
• At least 5 years leading procurement transformation initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of FAR and DEAR, with experience in regulatory alignment, risk management, stakeholder engagement, and reporting.
• Bachelor’s degree required; master’s degree preferred.
• PMP certification required or strongly preferred; proficiency with project management methodologies and tools is expected.
