What you will do

• Advise HR and business leaders across the Asia Pacific region on compensation, benefits, recognition, and total rewards strategies.
• Identify regional total rewards opportunities and risks and recommend solutions aligned with business and talent priorities.
• Use external market data and benchmarking sources to assess compensation and benefits competitiveness.
• Support the review, renewal, implementation, and communication of total rewards programs with internal stakeholders and external vendors.
• Review and govern total rewards policies and conduct job evaluations aligned with the internal job grade structure.
• Assess the impact and effectiveness of proposed solutions to support continuous improvement.

Requirements

• More than 5 years of direct experience in regional total rewards or compensation and benefits.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to interpret data and develop practical recommendations.
• Well-versed in job evaluation.
• Fluent English communication skills, written and verbal, with the ability to present, influence, and engage senior stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and operate in a dynamic regional environment.
• Bachelor's degree from a recognized university in any field.

• Hands-on experience with Power BI.
