MEDITECH Consultant (Healthcare)

Location: United Kingdom; primarily remote with up to 50% travel to client sites

hirify.global provides consulting and implementation support for healthcare-enabling technology projects using the MEDITECH Health Information System.

What you will do

• Provide consulting services across project management, analysis, subject matter expertise, and training for MEDITECH client projects.
• Apply technical expertise to build, troubleshoot, test, implement, and optimise client systems.
• Lead or support system design, project governance, change management, and implementation activities.
• Analyse workflows, document risks and issues, and coordinate project status and work products.
• Work with health system end users to monitor workflows, provide documentation, and recommend improvements.
• Support business development through client presentations, proposal creation, and identification of additional opportunities.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of front-line healthcare experience, particularly in informatics.
• Hands-on experience using the MEDITECH Health Information System.
• University degree or equivalent relevant experience in information technology, systems, or a health-related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication, organisation, multitasking, adaptability, and professionalism.
• Ability to work with different teams, follow client workplace rules, mentor others, meet deadlines, and maintain work independently.
• Availability for up to 50% client-site travel, non-traditional hours, evenings, weekends, on-call periods, and extended go-live support.

Nice to have

• Project management experience.
• PMP, ITIL, or another health informatics certificate.
