Consulting Director, Clinical Integration & Value Analysis (Healthcare)

Location: Virtual Office; regular travel throughout the year is required to meet client needs and timetables.

Salary: $117,600–$206,000 per year, plus incentive eligibility.

What you will do

• Advise healthcare clients on value analysis, product and service selection, pricing, utilization, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
• Guide value analysis processes and lead product and service evaluation investigations.
• Collaborate with physicians, clinicians, allied healthcare professionals, suppliers, and client teams to evaluate products and services.
• Lead implementation of approved product and service conversions with supply chain teams, educational resources, suppliers, and user groups.
• Perform scenario and financial analyses, research findings, and present objective recommendations.
• Lead complex consulting engagements, teams, and projects while facilitating consensus and process improvement.

Requirements

• 7 or more years of relevant experience.
• Experience leading cost-savings initiatives in complex healthcare environments or consulting engagements.
• Experience with value analysis, product evaluation, and product cost-reduction initiatives.
• Program planning, project management, performance improvement, and change management skills.
• Strong analytical, financial, communication, presentation, relationship-building, and consensus-building skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and experience presenting to clinical and executive audiences.
