Epic Senior Consultant

Location: Chicago, United States; travel to client sites as needed. Current permanent U.S. work authorization is required.

What you will do

• Partner with healthcare clients and stakeholders to deliver customized Epic technical solutions aligned with strategic goals and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional technical and project management teams on integrated Epic initiatives and implementations.
• Advise on workflow design, system upgrades, system changes, and ongoing maintenance.
• Identify opportunities to optimize and enhance Epic systems and interoperability.
• Facilitate stakeholder meetings, prepare agendas, document decisions, and track follow-up actions.
• Build trusted client relationships and mentor team members.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Current Epic certification.
• At least five years of Epic experience providing consulting services to hospitals and healthcare systems.
• Project management experience and experience with Epic implementations.
• Current permanent U.S. work authorization.
• Willingness to travel to client sites as needed.
