What you will do

• Manage and resolve production support tickets, including break-fix issues, troubleshooting, and user support requests.
• Prioritize ticket backlogs while maintaining service levels and stakeholder satisfaction.
• Identify and implement system enhancements and workflow optimizations.
• Collaborate with operational, clinical, and technical stakeholders to maintain application stability.
• Support Epic application optimization, upgrade, testing, validation, and post-upgrade activities.

Requirements

• Experience or certification in Epic Financial Assistance and Estimates.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to resolve complex issues independently.
• Experience managing production support tickets and troubleshooting application issues.
• Ability to balance operational support with optimization and upgrade projects.
• Experience collaborating with operational, clinical, and technical stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting Epic application optimization initiatives.
• Hands-on experience with Epic upgrades, including planning, testing, validation, and post-upgrade support.
• Experience supporting large healthcare organizations in production environments.
