Senior Consultant - Epic Professional Billing Consultant (Epic)

Location: Chicago, United States; travel required when necessary, with some services provided remotely

What you will do

• Manage and reduce client IT helpdesk tickets for the Epic Professional Billing application area.
• Provide production break/fix, maintenance, optimization, and upgrade support.
• Monitor production systems, troubleshoot issues, and participate in quality assurance.
• Handle customer inquiries and attend client meetings remotely when necessary.
• Communicate project status and support additional mutually agreed client tasks.

Requirements

• Current permanent U.S. work authorization is required.
• Epic Professional Billing (PB) certification is required.
• At least 3 years of experience implementing Epic systems in hospitals and health systems.
• Willingness and ability to travel when necessary.
