What you will do

• Provide consulting, implementation, optimization, and support services for Epic MyChart.
• Serve as a MyChart generalist across workflows, configuration, production support, and optimization.
• Troubleshoot issues, resolve break-fix incidents, prioritize support tickets, and manage backlogs.
• Design, build, optimize, and support Epic MyChart Care Companion workflows.
• Configure and support Epic Cheers Campaigns and patient engagement initiatives.
• Collaborate with healthcare clients and cross-functional consulting teams on EHR improvements.

Requirements

• 3+ years of Epic consulting, implementation, optimization, or support experience in a healthcare environment.
• MyChart certification.
• Broad knowledge of Epic MyChart workflows, configuration, support, and optimization.
• Experience with production support, troubleshooting, break-fix resolution, and backlog management.
• Experience supporting rural health initiatives, community health programs, or grant-funded healthcare projects in a client-facing environment.
• Hands-on experience with MyChart Care Companion workflows and Epic Cheers Campaigns.

Nice to have

• Epic or Cheers certification and experience with related patient engagement applications.
• Experience with Epic release upgrades, testing, and post-implementation support.
• Healthcare consulting experience with Epic implementations, enhancements, or optimization.
• Experience transitioning from production support into optimization, enhancement, or implementation projects.
• Experience improving access to care for rural populations through grant-funded healthcare initiatives.
