Director Solutions (Healthcare)

What you will do

• Translate healthcare business challenges into transformational solutions across existing and emerging delivery channels.
• Design BPaaS, operations, and digital solutions for payer and provider services, including claims, payment integrity, provider data, utilization management, RCM, and coding.
• Partner with sales and client services from discovery through deal closure, leading customer presentations, onsite assessments, solution demonstrations, and delivery transitions.
• Develop solution plans, work plans, spend estimates, pricing approaches, delivery-location recommendations, and outcome commitments with finance, legal, technology, operations, and workforce teams.
• Monitor competitive offerings, support product strategy, and help create sales materials, web content, presentations, contract templates, and RFP responses.
• Establish cross-functional program priorities, rollout plans, training requirements, ROI measures, reporting, and continuous-improvement practices.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States; the role is Work@Home USA.
• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare management, business administration, or a related field; a master’s degree is preferred.
• 18–20 years of BPO experience in an outsourcing environment, including responsibility for multiple sites and clients.
• At least 8 years of experience in business development, sales strategy, and/or proposal development within outsourcing or professional services.
• Healthcare industry experience is required.
• Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, relationship-building, stakeholder-management, solution-design, and commercial skills.

Nice to have

• Expertise with PMPM, outcome-based, transaction-based, and FTE pricing models.
• Master’s degree in healthcare management, business administration, or a related field.
